I have become convinced that the earth is flat, just like the Bible says it is, but I have also found that it is a major challenge when admitting that to almost anyone. The confession is met with derision, mocking, ridicule, and questions that suggest I must be crazy.

“How could you possibly believe such a thing?”

“Where is the edge?”

“What about all the pictures of the earth from space?”

“How can we circumnavigate if the world is not a globe?”

There are good answers to all those questions, and a lot more. I had to find answers to all of them.

So I have decided to write the story of how I got here.

Finding the Lies

1999

I first gained an interest in so called “conspiracy stories” in 1999 while my husband and I prepared for the presumptive computer crashes of Y2K. As I learned about the powers behind the history of the world, I began to question everything. I learned that the sleeping public, including me, was mostly unaware of the ancient plans behind all that was happening. I learned about the Masons, the Illuminati, the bankers of the world, and that the Federal Reserve is not a government agency. I learned about the Rothschilds, the Rhodes scholars, the Tri-lateral Commission, and The Council on Foreign Relations. I learned that all of presidents, vice-presidents and even those who ran for those offices and “lost”, were all players in those organizations–with the possible exception of Ronald Reagan; he was grafted in later.

I saw that even the entertainment industry is in on the plot, and that the media are almost all owned by the same small group of plotters.

I learned that the founders of our nation were not at all what we had been taught that they were. During that year, 1999, my husband and I took his sons to Washington D.C. I told the boys that we would be watching for the signs of the Masons on the buildings, and the lay out of the streets, as I had learned would be visible. They were. Even the Washington Monument housed a Masonic “bookstore” at the top of the tower.

I realized that we have been deceived by the globalists who had set out centuries, even millennia, ago to control the world. As a Bible believer, I knew that this deception had been Satan’s plan from the beginning. I knew that the book of Revelation has informed us of this plan, and how it all ends.

Evolution

Not long after this, I did a serious study on Creation vs Evolution. I knew God, a creative, intelligent agent, had been responsible for creation. But as I studied, I learned that evolution, under any sub-title, including theistic evolution, was impossible. I boiled it down to one question, “How could sexual reproduction evolve?” (see my blog: https://gracegloria.com/2019/02/21/created-or-evolved/ ) But when I asked that question of an evolutionist he said, “We don’t know, but it did.”

Even though evolution is not true, it is taught in almost all of our schools. In most of those schools it is required to be taught to the explicit exclusion of creationism. Look at this chart: https://worldpopulationreview.com/state-rankings/evolution-teaching-states

Why? Because the globalists are creating a world where people no longer believe the Bible, or even that God exists.

As a disciple of Yeshua, AKA Jesus, I believe that the Bible is true, and after studying Creationism vs Evolutionism, I believe in the whole Bible, including the literal six-day creation.

I have run into big trouble, and heartbreak, in trying to convey the importance of believing in the Genesis history of creation. Most of my own family, all believers, even those who work in the church and para-church organizations, disagree with me. At one family event I was told not to come back because I had argued for biblical creation with my granddaughter. There has been some reconciliation but the relationships are still tense.

I asked one of my daughters “If you do not believe Genesis, where do you draw the line? At what point do you believe what the Bible says?”

I told her, how I came to believe that if Jesus could create bread and fish ex nihilo, he could create the whole world.

She said, “Maybe he didn’t.”

About the six-day creation, she asked me, “And how could there be light if God didn’t create the sun until the fourth day?”

There’s the problem. If people don’t believe in the miracle of creation, what do they believe?

By the way, God did not need the sun to make light. He is the light. There will be no sun in the new world, the book of Revelation tells us. God the father and Yeshua his son will be the light.

And the city has no need of sun or moon to shine on it, for the glory of God gives it light,

and its lamp is the Lamb. Revelation 21:23

Replacement Theology

After a trip to Israel in 2015 I woke up to the lie of Replacement Theology. This is the doctrine that teaches that the “church” has replaced Israel as God’s people. This lie is so prevalent in the church that even the teachers in the church don’t know that it is there. After I came back from Israel I asked one of my pastors what he thought about replacement theology. He looked at me with his head cocked to one side.

“You know,” I said, “that the church has replaced Israel.”

“Oh,” he said, nodding, “yeah, I guess that’s right.”

He obviously did not even know what I was talking about.

He couldn’t help it. It is just what he had been taught. I had been there, too. It takes a quickening by the Holy Spirit, and a willingness to be changed, to believe something so different from what you have been taught. Mark Twain is quoted as saying, “It is much easier to deceive someone, than to convince him that he has been deceived.”

About that time I asked Tim as we left the church building on morning,

“What is this THING we do on Sunday morning, and why is it so different from what we read in the book of Acts?”

Soon after that, we left the church.

We started studying the Hebrew foundation of Christianity. One of the first things we learned was that word that is translated “church” in our Bibles is, in Greek, “Ecclesia”. It means “the called out ones” or an assembly of the called out ones. The word never meant a building, denomination, or “Christian” congregation.

We learned that Judaism and Christianity were never intended to be separate “religions”. Jesus was a Torah-observant Jew until he died, and he will still be a Jew when he comes back. Paul did not get converted, become a “Christian” and have his name changed by Jesus. He too, was a Torah-observant Jew until he was killed. He was even a Pharisee! And believe it or not, so was Jesus. Jesus would not have been invited to a Pharisee’s home for a meal unless he was one of them. He taught them in the way Jews have always taught each other, with discussion and argumentation. It is the way of the rabbis.

Covid

Fast forward to 2020. The “pandemic” hit. President Trump took us to “warp speed” to bring out a vaccine that would save us.

Here is my short history on President Trump

When I first heard he was running for president my reaction was, “You have got to be kidding?”
I didn’t know a whole lot about him. I had heard he was a successful businessman worth a lot of money, that he was a womanizer, that he owned lots of properties and that he had had a television show.
When I learned that he was pro-life and pro-Israel, I got on board with him.
Then he lost me. With Fauci standing alongside and talking “warp speed”, I realized that Trump is part of the play. He was brought out on stage to appease us conservatives, for a while.

More lies were being foisted on us during the covid crisis. The whole world was being deceived. How could that be? How could the “whole world” be deceived. It makes sense when you remember that Satan is the god of this world. Satan is a liar.

^“And the great dragon was thrown down, that ancient serpent, who is called the devil and Satan, the deceiver of the whole world—he was thrown down to the earth, and his angels were thrown down with him.”

Revelation 12:9

Moon Landing

For some reason, probably a Holy Spirit prompt, I looked into the controversy about the moon landing. It never happened. Impossible. Look it up. Think. Here are a couple of things to think about.

How was it possible for manned spacecraft to go there between 1969 and 1972 and have yet they never went back? NASA says they lost all the information from those missions and they can’t re-learn it.

Now NASA is telling us there is radiation called “The Van Allen Belts” that surround the earth and it is not safe to go through them, even for equipment. One of the NASA officials is recorded as saying they hope to figure it out how to get through those radiation belts soon so that missions to the moon and beyond can be planned and executed. So how did the Apollo spacecraft and crew make it through this radiation to get to the moon in 1969 and the early 70’s?

Is the earth flat?

In 2022 I had a hunch to try to figure out why some people could believe that the earth is flat. It seemed impossible to me that anyone could think so. At that time I didn’t dig deep enough to find the truth, I simply wrote the idea off as ridiculous.

Then in 2023, in a Bible study group, we discussed the shape of the tabernacle that Moses was instructed by God to build. One of the ladies showed us a book written by Andrew Hoy entitled “The House of El Shaddai”. In showing us some pictures of the dome-shaped tent Andrew Hoy has promoted, there was also a picture of the flat earth with a dome over it.

“What does the tabernacle have to do with the idea of flat earth?” I asked.

The lady who introduced the book by Andrew Hoy gave me a steady look with a very slight smile that seemed to say, “Hang on, Girl, you are going for a ride.”

Intrigued, I began to look in earnest at the idea that the world is flat.

Incidentally, if the tabernacle was a copy of what Moses had seen in heaven, and it was built to be the place where God would dwell with us, could it also be a model of the domed earth where God will dwell with us for all eternity in the world to come?

I started looking for answers to the questions.

Questions and Answers

My first question was, “How could anyone circumnavigate the world if it was flat?”

Duh. Look at a flat earth map.

Start anywhere, travel around the world and come back to where you started. The center of the map, and the flat earth, is what we call the North Pole. Circumnavigation is not an issue on a circle.

2. Where is the edge?

The edge of the circle is Antarctica. The ice wall of Antarctica holds the oceans in place and is the edge. No one is allowed access to the continent of Antarctica since a treaty was made in 1959 by 15+ nations, prohibiting private people from exploring it. Why? Good question. Look it up. You will read about Admiral Byrd, the Treaty including the prohibition of traveling south of the 60^th parallel by private people, Operation Fishbowl, and Operation Dominic.

3. What about the curvature of the earth?

Read about the supposed curvature of the earth. And look for yourself. It isn’t there. The earth is flat for miles and miles and miles. You only lose sight of something in the distance because of perspective and atmospheric conditions. You will learn that the supposed curvature of the earth is eight inches times the number of miles squared you are viewing.

If the circumference of the globe at the equator is 24,901 miles, as we are told, using the Pythagorean theorem, you can calculate the supposed curvature of the earth https://earthcurvature.com/ This will give you an expected amount of curvature between any two distances. The equation is eight inches per mile squared.

So looking across 10 miles of flat level water, there SHOULD be around a 66-foot drop in curvature to equate for the already given dimensions of the globe. https://flatearthanswers.com/curvature-tests/

100 miles would be over 6666 feet, or over a mile of curvature, putting everything but the tallest mountains out of sight. That is not what we can see. From where I live in Sequim, Washington the Mount Baker Ski Area is 87 miles away. Using the above formula, Mt Baker should be 5046 feet over the curve of the earth. It’s not. We can see the whole mountain from here, from the beach which is sea level obviously, including the foothills.

The global earth model is part of the heliocentric (sun centered universe) theory. The problem with the heliocentric theory is there’s no curvature to be found. ANYWHERE.

4. Does the earth orbit the sun?

The earth is not orbiting the sun.

Biblical hint: If, as the book of Revelation says, there is no night in the world to come, the earth is not spinning, or orbiting the sun.

5. If the earth were a globe, how does the water stay on it?

It could not. Even so called “gravity” could not hold water onto a sphere. Water is always flat, everywhere.

6. What about the pictures of the earth from space?

There are none. The images we have of the global earth as just that, images—computer generated images or CGI, even NASA admits that.

7. Who or what is NASA?

The National Aeronautics and Space Administration, NASA, was formed after WWII. It was established with Nazi scientists who were brought to the United States in a “secret” program called Operation Paper Clip.

8. Is space travel outside of our atmosphere even possible?

No. See this word from Caspian Sarginson’s book:

“If the earth were rotating at 1,037 mph, and at the same time the earth was revolving around the sun at 66,600 mph, while the sun was revolving around the center of our galaxy at 514,500 mph, and simultaneously our galaxy was traveling at 1.34 million mph through space,* any space ship that left the earth’s atmosphere into outer space would be instantly left behind, and it could never catch up to the earth to return. First, it would be impossible to calculate a space flight from a point of origination in outer space to the earth while it is rotating, revolving, orbiting with the sun around the center of the galaxy, and while the entire galaxy is moving. *BTW how could anyone ever measure those speeds? Wikipedia speed calculation formula:

Find the distance the object has traveled.

Find the time it took the object to travel that distance.

Divide the distance by the time.

All you need are those two pieces of information.

How can you get that information?

Cognitive Dissonance

I began to experience “cognitive dissonance”.

The only place I could find to resolve the problem, and find truth, is in the word of God.

What does the Bible say about the shape of the earth?

The earth is flat. God says so. There are hundreds of verses that explain, or refer to the shape of the earth.

The Dome

The earth is enclosed in a dome, also called a firmament.

Then God said, “Let there be a firmament in the midst of the waters, and let it divide the waters from the waters.”

Thus God made the firmament, and divided the waters which were under the firmament from the waters which were above the firmament; and it was so. Genesis 1:6-7 NKJV

God said, “Let there be a dome in the middle of the water; let it divide the water from the water.”

How could the whole world see Yeshua when he returns if the world were a globe?
Light was made on the first day; the sun on the fourth, so the earth was not orbiting the sun
No one knows what “gravity” is. Gravity is a theory. Things fall because of relative density.
The moon has its own light, and it is cool light. You can measure it.
Flight paths prove flat earth.
Tsunamis prove flat earth.

Ask an engineer if he has to consider the curvature of the earth when planning a tunnel or a railroad—I did. His answer “We never have to consider the supposed curvature of the earth.”
Look at the sky when both the moon and the sun are visible and figure out how the earth could be casting a shadow in the moon.
Most importantly ask the Holy Spirit to reveal the truth to you. Then decide if you are going to believe the literal words of the Bible, or how some people try to amalgamate the Word with the “world” .

After I saw them, I tried to find a copy of the 1958 Encyclopedia Americana where this article appears. I could not find a copy anywhere. There were editions before and after 1958 on Amazon, eBay and Powell’s Books, but that particular year was not available anywhere I could find.

If you begin searching for information that will support Biblical Cosmology, you will discover this problem nearly everywhere you look. It will also be noticed that when you do find videos or articles that support Biblical Cosmology, there will be a notice on it that says: Fla

So why do the “third party partners” feel the need to censor what we read, or try to re-interpret it for us? Do they not trust us to make good learning choices on our own?

So Who’s Lying?

We learned during the covid pandemic that the information that the public so desperately needed was being hidden by the main line news and social media platforms. We learned that we can’t trust anything we read or view, anything. Censorship went viral, and wild. Who are the ones most likely to be telling the truth, the censored or the censurers? It is fairly easy to ascertain who has more to gain, the censurers. The globalists have an agenda to control the whole world. That control begins with the information that they give or withhold. Go back to evolution vs creationism to see the agenda. They want faith in God and the Bible to be wiped off the face of the earth. Bibles are not allowed in schools anymore. The ten commandments are being taken down from public places, and the world is suffering.

Fortunately there is still a remnant that believes what God says.
